Job Description:

- Be the owner of adding Delight to every critical step a user takes towards Luxury Fashion and strategically drive Supply Chain and Customer Delight Projects relevant to the same.

- Communicate product/process needs and work with product/tech team to deliver on them on an ongoing basis.

- Drive Planning and Excellence Functions around Training via development and Implementation of SOPs, taking corrective actions in case of gaps.

- Manage and strategically guide different stakeholders and create a world class L&D Function.

- Hire and build a motivated dynamic team constantly driving the metrics for consumer delight and Operational Excellence

- Ensure Digitisation of Dashboards and MIS for visibility and build best in class TATS at an optimum cost.

Job Specification:

- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking

- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Entrepreneurial DNA and ability to challenge the status quo using data driven problem solving skills.

- Proficient with SQL and managing huge databases .

- 2-4 years of proven work experience in E-commerce/FMCG space.

- Education Qualifications Management Graduate from reputed institutes.

- Organisation relationship
