Job Role: Assistant Manager - Human Resources
Responsible for managing various stages of employee life cycle which include Talent Acquisitions, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HRMS, Culture-building and Employee separation management.
Job Description :
- Responsible for recruitment strategies and processes for attracting talented professionals with diverse knowledge and skill sets relevant to work role. Build on in-house sources of recruitment, occasionally liaise with executive headhunters and recruitment agencies.
- Provide effective Onboarding support through a structured induction & orientation process.
- Provide inputs and plan for effective performance management. Co-ordinate for mid-term and annual appraisal process.
- Involved in Design & Execution of the Employee Engagement Calendar, across all business units to create Fun @ workplace. Plan & execute R&R programmes, other employee welfare events.
- Create and maintain MIS/Dashboards, review the MIS reports, submission of reports to the respective stakeholders, correct & update the database, addition/deletion of records, maintenance of employee personal files, HR Audit.
- Handling grievances and addressing the same within the TAT, Employee counselling, Integrity Management, ensuring the code of conduct to maintain discipline and harmonious working environment.
- Custodian for HRMS systems. Accountable for employee master data, attendance & leave administration over HRMS systems. Optimize functionalities of the HRMS system, work on systematic roll out with proper communication, training & handholding for easy acceptance.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping across various stages of employee lifecycle.
- Responsible for shaping an engaging, growth driven culture which provides a platform for employees to excel.
Job Specification :
- MBA / Post Graduate in HRM from reputed institute with 7+ years of experience in Human Resource field.
- Knowledge of HR functions, policies and best practices.
- Good Listener, Sound Soft skills and adept at People Management.
- Must excel in communication - verbal and written (must be good at drafting)
- Working knowledge of HRMS systems. Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word & Power-point
- High energy individual with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
