Zonal Business Head :

Job Responsibilities:

SALES

- Meet MoM disbursal target (branch wise and state wise)

- Ensure each LA achieves his productivity norm for daily meetings, monthly file log in and disbursals

- Conducting Tele-Reference checks in timely fashion,

- Ensuring the prescribed sales process is complied with in the branch

- Target Vs. Achievement for File Log-In and Disbursement - equal weightage to individual branches meeting target & state target,

- 85% Repeat Loan Conversion (t-6 to t+6)

- Good Service Quality Rating

- Competition information on quarterly basis

DELINQUENCY MANAGEMENT

- Ensure that branches follow the disbursement process,

- Ensure that all branches Collect Overdue within prescribed timelines - 3 days,

- Assist branches in recovery from difficult customers through personal visits,

- Seek legal recourse in Overdue Collection where required with HO help,

- Provide Feedback on product / policy that can reduce delinquency

- Not more than 1% PAR of customers in 30 DPD and above (0.5% for new branches)

- 30% Over due to be collected within the first 3 days. (70% for new branches)

- Ninety-Nine% On time repayment

- Not more than 10% cheque/ACH bouncing in a month

AUDIT & COMPLIANCE

- Ensure prescribed branch processes are adhered to for branch personnel

- Monitor BRW level in branches,

- Service Quality related processes to be adhered to in every branch,

- Provide feedback on any policy / process that can improve compliance

- 90% of TAT on NCA < 14 working days.

- 90% of TAT on repeat loan<2 working days

- 90% of BRW resolution of 2 Days or less

- 90% of branches should have audit score of minimum 80%

ADMIN & COST CONTROL

- Manage controllable costs within budget

- Encourage BMs to Ensure Upkeep of Branch premises,

- Expense Budget vs. Actuals,

- Minimum 4 branches to be covered in a month. (Minimum 2 days in a branch)

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT :

- Timely Hiring to fill staffing gaps,

- Motivate and guide team for target achievement and error-free work,

- Ensure trainings for branch personnel,

- Encourage achievement and team working through R&R implementation

- 50%. of LAs qualify for Monthly/Annual awards

- Not more than 15% attrition (20% for LA) on an annualized base for employees >6 month
