- Aye Finance was incepted in 2014 with a simple vision of empowering the micro enterprises of India by providing them timely access to adequate business funding to run and grow their business.
- There are over 60 million micro-enterprises which have struggled with accessing credit from formal lending channels as majority of these enterprises did not maintain formal documentation for their businesses, had no collateral to offer and seldom had prior credit histories. This resulted in a debt gap of INR 16 trillion (IFC Report 2012). We at Aye have designed an innovative "Cluster Based Credit Assessment" underwriting methodology, and various data analytical scorecards as well as psychometric analysis, which allows us to make risk selection even in the absence of traditional business documentation.
Role : Manager/Sr Manager - Employee Relations.
Location : Gurgaon
Reporting to : Head HR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling employee complaints, grievance procedures & facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
- Driving front-end R&R collaboration with HR CoE.
- Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a time- effective manner.
- Work with HR Business Partners and improve existing HR Processes in TA/L&OD/Ops for employee delight.
- Ensure 100% adherence to Employee Grievance TAT for all grievances/issues reported
- Weekly connect with all leaders in Aye and working with HR Leads for closure of open issues/items raised by them
- Maintain an effective communication program and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction.
- Developing strategies to improve engagement, such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs, medical support programs and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment.
- Create a WoW Employee experience through new/revamped Engagement programs
- Handle internal employee communications with the goal to shape a constructive corporate culture and foster Employer Branding.
- Minimize Attrition and report attrition analytics in detail
- Spearhead annual employee surveys for measuring engagement; analyse the output report and take corrective actions.
- Assist with the development and implementation of organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 5+ Yrs of experience in area of employee relations and engagement.
- Qualification: Post graduate in Human Resource Management
