- Experience in a product, sales, and behavioral training

- Excellent oratory and written communication skills

- Ability to conceptualize and execute

- Expert at content development and familiar with major L&D tools

- Familiar with psychometric and competency assessments

- Knowledge of Talent Management and Organizational Behaviour

- Past experience of leading L&OD assignments
