Designation : AVP- 3

Reporting to : Head - Human Resources

Location - Gurugram

Context:

This incumbent shall be responsible for supporting the Head of HR to design and deliver significant People transformation projects.

The focus of the projects will be around HR Operations, HR analytics and transformation to improve processes and enable stakeholders to solve people-related challenges.

Responsibilities:

- Bring functional expertise and market insights in specific HR functions (e.g. talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, learning, etc.)

- Use data, research, and analytical insights in People Operations to improve processes to enable stakeholders to solve people-related challenges.

- Understand and translate functional needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term success.

- Analyze and design best-in-class HR operating models across HR functions.

- Design new HR business processes and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings.

- Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes.

- Provide analytical inputs to the HR Leadership and key stakeholders.

- Provide strategic support to the Human Resource function in the areas of human capital metrics, reporting, and analytic capabilities.

- To design and implement dashboards that visualize data in a meaningful and actionable framework for the leadership.

- To statistically analyze employee data and translate insights for the development of predictive models for attrition, high performance, recruiting and learning demand.

- Build employee relations and develop programs for employee retention.

Requirements

- Candidates preferred from Top Premier Institutes with a minimum experience of 5 years in similar role.

- Ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.

- Demonstrated success in contributing to a collaborative and distributed delivery environment.

- Ability to work creatively and analytically demonstrating deep problem-solving skills.

- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

- Prior experience in HR Operations/CoE (Exposure in HR Analytics).

- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems.

- Good people management skills.

- Entrepreneurial with passion to work in a fast moving, innovative working environment.
