Responsibilities:

Leadership:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the LOS and Digital Initiatives IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Attract, develop, and retain top IT talent to build a strong and capable team.

- Create a high-performing and results-oriented work environment.

LOS Transformation:

- Lead the ongoing development and optimization of the company's Loan Origination System (LOS) to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

- Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline the loan origination process and improve customer experience.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the LOS aligns with evolving business requirements.

Digital Initiatives:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that leverages technology to enhance customer experience, drive business growth, and achieve competitive advantage.

- Lead the implementation of key digital initiatives, including automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies.

- Oversee the integration of digital solutions with existing IT infrastructure.

Technology Management:

- Develop and implement a long-term IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

- Manage the IT budget effectively and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

- Oversee all aspects of IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, security, and disaster recovery.

- Ensure adherence to IT governance policies and best practices.

Relationship Management:

- Build strong working relationships with key business stakeholders across the organization.

- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

- Partner with other business leaders to drive successful digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology (IT), or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing complex IT projects and driving digital transformation.

- In-depth knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and their functionalities.

- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their potential applications within a financial services environment.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically, develop innovative solutions, and translate IT strategy into actionable plans.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
