Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for financial products and services.
- Manage branch operations efficiently, including budgeting, resource allocation, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee all aspects of customer service delivery, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every customer.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of financial products and services offered by Aye Finance.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines.
- Represent Aye Finance professionally in the local community, building relationships with external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in branch management, sales, and customer service within the financial services industry (preferably).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of financial products and services, particularly those relevant to the microfinance sector (a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in Odia language is a significant advantage.
