Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed branch growth targets for unsecured loan products.
- Lead, coach, and motivate your branch team to ensure exceptional customer service and high sales performance.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored loan solutions.
Loan Processing & Credit Analysis:
- Oversee all aspects of the loan application process, ensuring adherence to company policies and creditworthiness evaluation.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and maintain a high level of portfolio quality.
- Ensure timely loan processing and disbursement, meeting customer expectations.
Branch Operations & Team Management:
- Manage all aspects of daily branch operations, including staff scheduling, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and professional development within your team.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure responsible lending practices.
Qualifications:
- Graduation/PG in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the lending industry, preferably with a focus on unsecured loans (personal loans, credit cards, etc).
- Strong understanding of unsecured loan products, credit analysis principles, and loan processing procedures.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and motivate a team towards a common goal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Excel)
