Typical job responsibilities include but not restricted to:

- Capital fund raising

- Capital Deployment through Acquisitions

- Capital Deployment through Greenfield Projects

- Investment & strategic alliances

- Investment strategy

- Business plan, valuation

- Bid advisory

- Due diligence and regulatory advisory in the renewable energy domain

Desired experience and expertise:

- At least 3 - 7 years of relevant experience in Strategy & Investment function

- MBA Finance from the premier B-Schools only

- Excellent academic track record and technical acumen

You will also be expected to have:

- Good understanding of Indian renewable sector

- In-depth understanding of financial concepts and investment functions

- Strong financial modelling, analytical skills and presentation preparation abilities

- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills

- "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, start-up attitude

- The ability to work across teams and functions effectively
