Axxela Research & Analytics - Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

- We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the execution of MIS reporting systems, market data storage, and analytics tools. The ideal candidate will coordinate with developers and ensure projects are completed on time and meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Projects: Oversee the development of MIS reports, market data storage, and analysis tools.

- Tools: Develop analytical tools for data visualization, performance tracking, and backtesting of trading strategies.

- Coordinate with Developers: Work with technical teams to execute the given framework and ideas.

- Ensure Timely Delivery: Track progress and resolve any issues to meet deadlines.

- Communicate with Stakeholders: Understand business needs and keep teams updated.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in project management or coordination.

- Understanding of databases and reporting tools.

- Experience working with developers and tech teams.

- Experience with Python, Django, Streamlit, or Dash for analytical tool development.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing (like AWS).

- Experience with real-time market data processing.
