AXISCADES - Manager - Audit & Consolidation - CA

Responsibilities

- Lead the consolidation of the parent company with the Indian and international subsidiaries.

- Work on the cross currency transactions and intercompany transactions in the consolidated results.

- Lead the audit preparation on a quarterly basis.

- Lead and audit activity to ensure timely completion of the quarterly and annual audit.

- Release verified results to the stock exchanges and other statutory bodies.

- Own up and release annual reports.

Qualification/Experience/Industry

- CA with about 10 years- experience in the field of audit & consolidation

- Industry: IT/ITeS
