Axis Risk Consulting - SOX Compliance

General Description: The position is responsible for delivering various solution offerings like SOX and other risk management engagements, for clients. Position would be involved in overall SOX solution from planning, designing to implementation and testing.

Main Responsibilities:

- Supervise teams of multi-location professionals/ Professionals operating from a delivery center; approx. 6 - 10 depending on projects underway (at a supervisory level)

- Manage quality of deliverables and completion of projects within budgeted time.

- Build and maintain client relation by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high quality of deliverables.

- Contribute in people and knowledge development initiatives by developing training material and conducting training.

- Identify opportunities for new business opportunities with clients, support in proposal development, identify and develop new solution offerings.

- Making presentations to senior management and/or audit committee on findings / deliverables.

- Must have demonstrated experience in transformation of Sox framework for a large corporate

- Must have demonstrated experience in rationalization / optimization / standardization of Sox controls

- Play an active role in development and roll-out of training initiatives for staff.

Educational Qualification and Skills Required:

- Should have a professional qualification preferably CA/CWA/CMA or an MBA from a reputed business school. Qualifications such as CIA, CISA, CFE are an advantage.

- Required overall experience of 6 years plus in internal and/or external audit, process re-engineering, process reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, Finance function or risk management function at a Top Corporate with at least 4-5 years of experience in SOX projects.

- Experience in CPG/ FMCG industry in Internal Audit/SOX is preferable.

- Prior experience in Risk Consulting would be a big plus.

- Open to work in UK shift (12 PM - 9 PM, 1 PM-10 PM, 2 PM-11 PM)
