- To lead Project Management of 2 important modules of PEP - Schemes & Grievances, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery.
- Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the stakeholders, through regular meetings and written communications
- Contribute to the analysis, documentation and proposition of solution options for the PEP module ensuring the options are based on feasibility
- Preparing formal project progress and other reports
- Taking a leading role in interfacing with the government/concerned departments and other consultants, at all project stages
- Requirements 5+ years of multi-project management experience preferably in the area of Government Projects, Social Sector Projects, Research, FMCG, Hotels and other relevant categories
- Ability to lead, develop and manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills and ability to develop creative solutions to problems and work in the larger team
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication (both oral and written), ability to create and deliver executive presentations
- Strong educational qualifications, including a Bachelor or Master's degree
