The key responsibilities for this role will include the following criteria :
- Should have a minimum of 10-15 years experience in the field of TV Entertainment/Hospitality
- Industry/Retail business with a focus on Business development & Sales Experience
- Must be capable of managing the Head-National Sales responsibilities
- Must be capable of developing and expansion of Advertiser/Ad sales Partner base with strong
Relationship Management Skills :
- Able to build a robust Multi Vertical National Sales team to acquire and manage high volume
- Work closely with PR & Creative Agencies to develop Key sales communication
- Strong negotiation skills to negotiate contracts with larger advertisers to favorably and expeditiously close sales
- Produce Weekly closed and forecasted revenue MIS reports for Senior Management
- Maintain & track the latest market information & trends on markets and industries; recognize and address sales barriers to advertisers acquisition and relation.
- Expand AXIS APM's reach pan India and explore newer markets/Clientele
- Co-ordinate with the Accounts Department on regular payment inflow from Corporates
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Should convey a very Positive outlook with a highly Confident Posture
- Quality Experience in Ad Sales managing various categories
Candidate Profile :
- MBA degree in Marketing/Advertising from any of India's top 10 Management institutes
- Must have worked & be familiar with the Mumbai market
- Should have a proven track record of accomplishments of set targets & delivery
- Must be capable of building a Strong network with high focus on Customer Relationships, Market knowledge and Product knowledge
- Needs to have an Analytic frame of mind with strong strategic inputs
- Must be articulate & well versed with Computers
- Should have high emotional maturity and integrity
Salary range - 10-14 LPA
