Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the activities of the resource and recruitment leads - assign and monitor work, review work upon completion to assess and problem solve, monitor procedure adherence and completion rates by each survey
2. Project Planning - Need assessment in terms of the proportion of resource and recruitment required for each project and thus planning for each project
3. Drive Productivity - Ensure continuous improvement of people, process, productivity and profitability
4. Contractor Management - Ensure that all ICs have signed agreements, monitor their performance on a continuous basis to ensure high quality, taking corrective actions for non-compliance, liaison with global SPOC for vendor management
5. Mentoring team - Coach and support resource and recruitment team leads
6. Conducting monthly performance reviews with team - continuous review of team members through monthly KPI tracker, sharing feedback on improvement areas and follow up on such aspects during the next monthly review due date
