Axis My India - Data Analyst /Scientist

- Candidate should possess a statistics background (minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a top university; Master preferred) and/or must have substantial experience working with large data sets

- Analyze data using statistical techniques; candidate should be familiar with a statistical programming language, like R or Python

- Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills; should be able to summarize and present survey data using tables, graphs, and fact sheets

- Use survey data to inform business strategy

- Evaluate surveys, methods, and performance to improve future surveys

- Candidate should be self-motivated and must posses leadership skills. The initial role will likely transform into a managerial position with the candidate heading a team of statisticians
