Role Overview:
- The Senior Relationship Manager (Sr. RM) will be responsible for managing key relationships and driving mortgage product sales through both direct and channel distribution.
- The role involves business development, customer acquisition, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client acquisition and relationship management.
- Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with agents, distributors, and other channel partners.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned region.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure all transactions and client interactions comply with banking policies and regulatory norms.
Key Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in Retail Business Banking, preferably in mortgage sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value clients.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
