Achievement of budgeted SEG targets of SME Center by sourcing NTB business through channels/self-sourcing, customer relationship management, coordinating post sanction formalities such as, disbursement, cross-sell, compliance of statutory & internal audit issues, providing industry/segment specific feedback to Geography and Central Office team, etc.
Key Budgeted Responsibilities:
- Achievement of Quarterly Fee Income Budget
- Achievement of year end top line CDAB budget
- Achievement of Year end NII Budget for SEG based on CDAB budgets allotted
- Achievement of Year end NFB Budget O/S
- Achievement of Quarterly Cross Sell
- Achievement of Quarterly Treasury Income Budget
- Achievement of Year end Priority Sector Budget
- Gross Slippages to be within defined Limits
- Pending security creation
- Reduce the attrition from EWS 1 TO 3
- Betterment of position in Review / Renewals/ Extension
Experience :
- Should have managed teams independently
- Should have previous Sales / Relationship management experience in Banking / financial sector
- Should have basic knowledge of understanding and analysing financial documents
Educational Requirements:
Graduation Minimum
CA and MBA(Finance) preferred
