Brief Background of the Job :
- Acquisition of New clients for vendor financing/dealer financing under approved schemes.
- Negotiating with potential & existing clients
- Retention of existing portfolio
- Irregularity management
- Inspection of existing client,
- Achievement of budgeted target,
- Cross sell of other banking products.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensuring timely conversion of sanctioned cases and optimum utilization in existing accounts to achieve month-end and year-end SME (SCF Segment) Assets/.
- Timely Reporting/MIS, and coordinating Audit Compliance on the portfolio.
- Coordinating with Relationship and Credit teams,
- To ensure close monitoring of entire SME - SCF portfolio of SME Department, so as to look for business potential in good accounts,
- Collecting early warning signals and devising exit plan for stress accounts
Academic Qualifications Required :
- MBA with a flair for Sales.
- Professional Relevant Work Experience Required
- Experience in a credit environment would be an added advantage.
