- Driving the Analytics agenda in the space of Marketing Campaigns for the Digital Lending Business
- To build, design & track Campaigns strategy across domains and Channels (outbound, Inbound, Social Media, Paid, etc.) for enhancing the Digital Sales for the Bank
- To create Customer Journey/ Life stages relevant from the Marketing Campaigns standpoint & define data analytics-driven strategies for catching the Customer in the Moment of truth- for Cross-sell
- Use statistical models to identify & create the Marketing Campaigns opportunities
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders and providing key inputs while designing of campaigns
- Work on paid campaigns using Google analytics and Facebook for digital lending products across the bank- PL, AL, and Business Loans.
- Reporting campaign performance and creating monthly dashboards
- Lead & drive Campaigns optimization through new ideas & techniques.
- Managing and creating campaigns frameworks for CLM- Acquisition, Portfolio, and Retention
- Work with other team members and provide guidance to external partners on campaign efficiency improvement projects
Requirement:
- Work experience 2-6 years, preferable BFSI domain
- Sound analytical background and experience in creating statistical models
- Sound working knowledge with Tools- SAS, R, Python
- Good communication skills and clarity of thought while discussing ideas
- To have a strong understanding of various digital platforms
- Should be flexible to work across different products as and when required
