Department: Marketing Analytics (Campaigns) Manager/Senior Manager
Job description -
- To build the Marketing Assets for the Business teams to consume, ensuring efficiencies and good customer experience, across LOBs like Customer Channel Preference, Names Personalisation, Best day and time to communicate, Next Best Product/ Offer, Product recommendations.
- To work on New Age Digital Marketing Analytics tools and techniques and build the capabilities of the same for consumption across businesses DMP, CDP, etc. Use of Digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- To build Marketing Infra for better campaigns execution, including customer single view, offers, response and defining rule engine for better marketing strategies
- Understanding of the customer journeys/ life stages relevant from the Marketing Campaigns standpoint and define data drive strategies to customer in the moment of truth
- Building & utilising the Digital footprints to understand customer experience and apply Analytics on these for Real time marketing.
- Creating Propensity Scorecards/ Segmentation, using statistical tools and techniques
- Stakeholder Management: Regular Engagement with stakeholders to understand the Business problems and solving them through Data Analytics.
- To learn and be updated on the new age tools/ techniques/ research articles on Marketing & Campaigns
Requirement -
- Work experience 1-4 years, BFSI domain
- Sound analytical background and experience in creating statistical models, Clustering, Segmentation
- Sound working knowledge with Tools - SAS, R, Python, Google Analytics
- Good communication skills and clarity of thought while discussing ideas
- To have a strong understanding of various digital platforms
- Should be flexible to work across different products as and when required
