About the Role :
As part of Axis Bank's Compensation and Benefits Team, you will work on key technological solutions to constantly improve manager and employee experience and analytics to improve people cost utilization. The role impacts our ~100,000 employees and provides significant learning opportunities, including exposure to executive compensation and performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage in the market benchmarking exercise
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices
- Implementation of Annual Increments, Annual Variable Pay and stock-linked incentives
- Accurate and timely reporting of sensitive information to senior stakeholders internally and to the regulators
- Collaborate with business units to design and implement performance-based incentive plans
- Conduct audits to track and control people costs within budget
- Assist in the development and management of the compensation and benefits budget
- Standardization and Automation of Dashboard and Reports
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to compensation matters
Desired Qualifications and Experience :
- MBA in HR with at least 2 years of experience
- Prior experience in Compensation and Benefits preferred
- Prior experience in BFSI preferred

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
- Good communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team and contribute towards team goals
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
