1. Create SOP basis existing policies:
a. Map existing process for induction & learning journey for different departments and create SOP
b. Evaluate and validate the SOP with the following:
i. Learning team
ii. Business team
iii. HR team
iv. Vendor
c. Ensure SOP is implemented across departments
2. Creation of Bank-level SOP for:
a. Training Need identification
b. Vendor Identification
c. Technology Identification
d. Content Creation
e. Portal usage (existing learning portals)
f. VILT design (happy classroom)
g. Training Delivery
h. Feedback
i. Attendance and passing criteria
j. Reward & Recognition
k. Feedback
l. Measure of Success
3. Process excellence: lay down the process for learning interventions, from identification to delivery and implement reviews on a periodic basis. Implement changes identified in the review for continuous process improvement
4. Learning Council: set up a Learning council- having business heads as representatives, conduct learning council meetings and implement actionable.
The role will require close coordination with Business Learning Spocs, the HR Regional teams and Learning implementation group.
