1. Learning Need Identification & Solution:
a. Understand learning requirements from business/roles and provide a tech-based solution
b. Understand how existing tech platforms can be leveraged to address the needs
c. Work with IT and Infosec team for managing existing and new platforms
2. Onboarding new vendors:
a. Continuously interact with new tech/platforms to identify users for Axis Bank learning needs
b. Onboard identified vendors by coordinating and documentation with:
i. Infosec
ii. Vendor audit
iii. Vendor management team
iv. IT
v. Change Management Committee
vi. Price Management Committee
vii. Legal (agreement)
viii. Risk
c. Evaluate, shortlist and onboard Learning Experience Platform and Learning Performance Platform
d. Data and Tech Project: onboard vendor for learning data analytics project for Axis-project aimed at analyzing and using data from business and HR portals for predictive analysis.
e. Data Automation - work with vendor/Axis BIU team for automation of learning data/MIS.
3. Manage existing platforms:
a. End to end management of Axis Competency Profiler (proctored online assessment for Axis employees), Coursera, MasterO (Game-based learning app) & GMI portal (Leadership action-based learning portal)
b. Act as LMS SPOC for business teams - liaison with LMS admin
c. Act as SPOC for other HR platforms - HR Fusion, PMS, One Axis app etc.
The role will require close coordination with the HR Tech team, IT, Information security and Vendor Management Team.
