Axis Bank - Financial Planning Analyst

Skills Required:

- Ideal candidate may have 5 - 8 years of experience in data analytics / consulting / financial planning function in a bank. Experience dealing with CXOs, driving data-driven decisions, zeal to build a functional area from the ground up, mentor young professionals along the way, and willingness to "push the train" is a must in this role.

- Chartered Accountant / Master's degree in Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Finance

- Comfortable in dealing with large datasets with 3-4 years hands on experience with data analysis tools such as SAS EG, E Minor, SQL, R, Python

- Excellent financial modeling skills with MS Excel and VBA

- Good understanding of Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, Forecasting, Decision trees

- Ability to work with ambiguous problems to extract data-backed insights and find targeted solutions for effective implementation

- Excellent communications skills, ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders, and ability to influence senior leadership on strategic recommendations

- Ability to prioritize tasks and produce top-quality deliverables in a time-sensitive manner

- Banking / Finance / Financial Planning background and 4-6 years of experience in handling a team is preferred
