Financial Analyst - Retail Lending for Top Private Sector Bank

The person will be responsible for building financial models and create forecast for business groups.

- Building financial models for budgeting, financial analysis and to satisfy regulatory requirements.

- Performing ad-hoc analysis to answer immediate business questions

- Analysis on incremental yield at product level.

- Tracking and reporting channel wise product wise sourcing.

- Analysis on portfolio yield and comparison of actual vs budget.

- Tracking run-down, foreclosure & pre-payments - comparison of actual vs budget.

- Project month end book basis disbursement and run-down.

- Building projection model according to business requirement.

- Creating scenario using multiple assumption to identify the impact on profitability.

- Preparing profitability reports on monthly basis, comparison of same with budget and finding out the reason of variance.

- Creating profitability calculator as per business requirement.

- Identify the optimum product mix to maximize profitability.

 - Co-ordination with Finance and accounts, operations and business team on areas impacting the profitability, discussion and closure of same.

Required qualification : Preferably Engineering with MBA in Finance.

Expertise in Excel, Power point presentation, VBA, Macro's, SAS, R and python.
