Requirements:
- The candidate should be proficient in SQL/ SAS and should have experience in any other statistical or programming language like R, Python, Java or Scala etc.
- Should have exposure to at least 1 of the digital marketing/ analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, IBM Vizury etc.
Role Description:
- Recommend and implement methods of tracking & measuring the effectiveness of digital channel activity
- Build the analytics framework for increasing/ maintaining customer engagement across digital channels
- Develop an understanding of paid and unpaid campaigns done through the bank's digital channels
- Able to work with analytical tools to measure the performance of digital campaigns
- Provide insights to digital banking team for carrying out product/ design level changes
- Create digital information assets for consumption of broader business intelligence team
