Grade - Deputy Manager / Manager
Location: Patna
Brief:
Acting as a strategic partner to employee base and provide timely inputs as a people advisor. Ensure timely closure of Employee life cycle HR processes (e.g. Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, Exit Management, etc)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Understanding of complex business scenarios, defining and executing the HR strategy for the department.
2. Interfacing with businesses to understand their training needs and help in the preparation of their training calendar.
3. Conceptualization of initiatives towards employee engagement.
4. Ensuring the hiring metrics are adhered to as per the norms
5. Conducting stay and exit interviews to contain employee attrition
Key Relationships :
Business Stakeholders, HR CoE Teams, Prospective Candidates
Ideal Candidate :
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a Banking / NBFC or financial sector
- MBA from tier1OR 2 preferred.
