COMMAND CENTER OPERATIONS - Daily Operational activity - Branches operational and maintenance status. - QRT reports - Currency Chest Reports - Follow up with MSP on Ticket generation. - Follow up with CPT for new branch PO - Follow with Vendor for new branch installation - Coordination for cabling / installation and commissioning. - Follow up with IT team. - Overlooking on the daily trackers shared by respective Service Providers. - Short Term Goal - Emergency Response and Incident management - Rationalization of Guarding Strength (Balance Operational branches ) - Cost Optimization New branch deployment - Command Center Billing - Business continuity plan from Command Center & Preparation of Command Center Operation Manual - New branch &amp; High Risk branch connectivity to Command Center - Deployment of QRT services to branches connected to Command Center. - Removal of night gurads post connecting the branches to Command Center. - Monitoring of Command centre &amp; QRT operations - Energy management &amp; Optimum utilization of technology to add value to command center. - Quick Response Team Mapping - Issuing of advisory - Overall intractions with various internal depts like CPT, Caphub, IT - Network team, FCMD - Monthly /Quaterly reviews with all the stakeholders (Service providers) of Command Center i.e. Manage Service Provider, Operations Team, QRT service provider etc. - Long Term goal - Scalability of command center to connect remaining branches/ Atm - Cost benefit analysis for the same by price negotiation/ Outsource model for remaining sites. - New features and Automation incorporation at branch and onsite atm. - DR/ Back up site for command center operation. - Command Center Operational manual. - Preferred : Degree in Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
