Work Experience:- Minimum 8-12 years of work experience in area of compliance/regulatory reporting in Banking/ Insurance domain.
Educational Qualification:- Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate / MBA / BE
Technical Skills:- Oracle / SQL / SAS / Microsoft Office
Additional Skills:- SAS VA / Tableau / SAP BO / R, Python / Informatica will be added advantage
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for regulatory reporting to RBI, DFS,PMO,SLBC and other various regulators.
- Will be responsible creating data layers for regulatory and operations requirements. Automation of Regulatory reports, Candidate having regulatory /compliance background will be an added advantage
- Proven Project management skills with demonstrated results in driving small to medium scale projects and ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Resource will be responsible for end to end project management for process automation and reporting. Strong analytical skills who is able to work with complex processes and perform complex data manipulations and analysis. Able to work with large datasets and use data analytics tools to draw conclusions.
- Starting from taking the Business requirements from Stakeholders, understanding the requirement, adding logical layers, co-ordinating with Data Engineering / IT teams, transforming logic into codes and final development of business solution through various reporting platforms- Excel Dashboard/ BI Tools - SAS VA, Tableau/ SAP BO/ Web Portals. This role will be combination of Reporting and Analysis.
- Resource should also be capable of extensive Data Handling, Data Massaging, Writing SAS / SQL / Oracle codes.
- Highly organized and able to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong Communication skills.
