Acquisitions
Role:
- Lead the analytics that supports the multi-channel customer acquisition strategy, including building external and internal leads for the Sales channel, as well as the evaluation of new data sources and advanced data processing technologies
- Develop the data infrastructure around ASAP (Digital Savings product) to be able to do analytics. What offers are getting used, what is the LTV of the product, how is the balance build-up of accounts etc.
- Help with the design, development, evaluation and monitoring Sales Incentive structure that help the business drive efficiencies in the customer acquisition process.
- Leverage methods from diverse disciplines to gain customer insights, draw conclusions and work with business partners to put those insights into action.
- Work closely with business partners, technology to evaluate new and alternate data sources as well as analytical tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to identify issues and trends to provide recommendations and solutions.
- Good relationship skills and be able to build a network of contact, coupled with high quality written communications and the ability to talk clearly through analysis and findings.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience in financial services industry developing data driven strategies
- Bachelors/Master's degree in quantitative areas like Applied Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and experience in working with large data sets
- Experience with one or more modelling tools (R, Matlab, Octave, SPSS, SAS) is preferred
- Strong project management skills; self-driven; ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results highlighting strategic impact
