Function: Analytics (BIU)
- Undertake & drive data backed analytics to understand customer behavior and build capabilities towards enhancing acquisition & portfolio for Axis Direct.
- Building strong Analytics driven strategies to ensure support for acquisition across products and channels (Digital/ Physical).
- Reporting all the customer journeys & recommending the data driven process changes. Design & tracking of all the acquisition and portfolio related campaigns.
- Support internal stakeholders and provide key insights & build solutions derived from in-depth analysis. Able to work closely with stakeholders to drive analytical solutions & improve business performances.
- Understand the AOP of the business team & what are their target segments and needs. Break down the AOP into specific horizontal capabilities to be built leveraging business intelligence and Analytics.
- Conceptualize and drive the building of longer term, aspirational Machine Learning models to create capabilities of Axis Direct.
Candidate must have hands-on experience on analytics tools such as SAS/R/SQL (SAS+SQL is a must, R/Python is good to have). Candidate must be good at storytelling, deep-dives, insight creation on the given data, with background in Statistical Modeling using techniques like Logistic/ Linear Regression, Time Series ARIMA, etc. Also, candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to deliver high impact within tight timelines is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics, BFSI domain is preferable.
