Role/responsibilities:
- Manage the Retail product analytics team focused on various payment products (Credit cards / Debit cards / Edge / Forex / International cards).
- Partner with product/portfolio teams to drive data-driven decision making in various products.
- Provide strong analytics thought leadership to solve various problems across customer life-cycle - acquisition /targeting programs, product & pricing strategies, segmentation, cross-sell programs, portfolio management, retention strategies, etc.
- Provide regular business performance monitoring and data-driven insights to senior management and product teams.
- Deliver other ad-hoc analyses as needed.
- Key Stakeholders: Retails Lending and Payments (Cards) / Digital Banking
Candidate requirements & desired characteristics:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Engineering or other quantitative disciplines. Master's degree preferred.
- 4 to 7 years of analytics experience preferably from Consumer Banking, Financial services, Payments industries
- Excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills
- Knowledge of SAS/SQL will be an added advantage
- Sharp analytical thinker and proven thought leader
- Strong communication skills - ability to work with multiple product teams/stakeholders, understand key business objectives, and communicate complex concepts effectively to different audiences
- Tremendous drive towards results. Ability to persist against obstacles and get things done.
