Axiom Telecom - Product Analyst
- Market Research - Utilize data analysis to research market trends. Their main contribution to a company is to correctly estimate the costs of developing and marketing a product, as well as potential sales and profit. As well, create reports about the performance of a given product, and suggest possible improvements.
- User Research - Assist with study preparation (e.g. recruiting participants, study planning, survey coding, etc.)
- Collaborate with digital product owners and designers to determine their needs, make appropriate recommendations and craft research plans that align with brand and product strategy
- Create written and visual reports (including creating graphs, highlight videos, slide decks etc.)
- Conduct user interviews; review, interpret and synthesize open-ended feedback
- Collaborate closely with other custom insights colleagues and other teams to ensure other relevant data/insights are incorporated
- Provide lifelong product analysis as well as competition analysis.
- Monitor products performance across different markets, and prepare detailed reports
