- Axio is looking for a young entrepreneurial Leader as part of the senior management team to lead our Marketing domain.

- Senior Digital Marketing Manager will drive the Digital marketing activities of the company across all online media.

- He/She would be responsible for developing & executing online marketing campaigns/initiatives with the goal of increasing brand awareness, engagement and revenue.

- A data-driven marketer who is well updated with the latest trends in Digital advertising and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Digital Marketing of Axio across Healthcare and Consumer sectors

- Drive relevant traffic to all the sites with a focus on conversions

- Define and own digital advertising strategy

- Build and maintain high SEO ratings and content across all the online media

- Strategizing, Planning & Executing activities for all SEO / SEM / SMO / SMM / ORM / Apps marketing

- Responsible for Optimizing web traffic and performance metrics like CTR, engagement, lead generation, conversion, site ranking and open rates/opt-outs.

- Build a high performing team and agency networks.

- Connecting with the best digital agencies and working with them

- Online content strategy & implementation

- Creating a Mobile App for specific healthcare needs

- Content strategy & management

- Digital marketing through multiple channels including SMS, emailers and understanding ROI

- Management of multiple brands under the same company

- Managing social media marketing & engagement

- Managing website, user experience and continuously making it better

- Working hand-in-hand with the E-commerce team to maximise company values and sales

Skills required:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Engineering - IT in qualification will be an added advantage)

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role

- Strong persuasive communication skills

- Quick grasper and self-learner.

- A keen eye for detail
