Desired Profile:
- 5+ years of sales experience in Surgical consumables or Interventional cardiology or Wound care products or the Military market in Europe and/or Middle-East.
- Should have handled P&L function in at least one product vertical
- Should be a self-starter and able to take responsibilities
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Familiar with the global regulatory scenario in various geographies
- Should have excellent people skills
- Exhibited in international sales events such as Medica / CPHI / CMEF
Responsibilities Include:
- This position will report to VP- International Sales and is responsible for meeting business targets and driving sales growth in the international market
- Will be the custodian to drive sales function in specific territories
- Will play a strategic role in building the brand and to drive business and sustain profitability in the overseas market/region assigned
- Establish Doctor/distributor networks across all regions and strategize the launch &placement for product regionally.
- Will be responsible to maintain for all top-line & bottom line growth/profitability of the business in overseas markets
- Would be responsible to initiate business development dialogues with strategic customers.
- Develop the positive image of the company through various communication initiatives with the global media; Referral Doctors; Governments and Corporate.
