Axio is looking for a young entrepreneurial Leader as part of the senior management team to lead the Online business.
The candidate will be responsible for the entire online sales P&L for all company SKUs through axiobiostore.com and other marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, 1MG, Moglix, Indiamart etc)
Key Responsibilities
- Completely own the P&L for Online Sales
- Setting an annual budget and responsible for monthly sales through all online channels
- Will be responsible for uploading new collections and ensuring catalogue hygiene
- Building a team of Marketers, Sellers, Telecallers, Customer support
- Maintaining a high NPS score through great customer service.
- Report to Senior Management on key metrics weekly.
Job Description:
- Leading & building a team for E-commerce
- Updating websites and store as per sales strategy
- Listing products on multiple marketplaces, running campaigns and maximising sales
- Developing a team for customer service with high NPS
- Closing B2B bulk orders through digital channels
- Managing on-time dispatches for online sales
- Complaint management
- Strategies for repeat orders
- Working hand-in-hand with Digital Marketing team to maximise company values and sales
- Will be the sole POC for communication with the category team.
- Building Agency network and allocating budgets.
Skills required:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Engineering - IT in qualification will be an added advantage)
- 5+ years of experience in Online Sales
- Strong persuasive communication skills
- Quick grasper and self-learner.
