Axio BioSolutions is looking for a Business Development Manager - Strategic alliances to join our team.

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and passionate Business Development Manager (BDM)- Strategic Alliances who will be responsible for driving growth and development for the channel by strategically building relationships with B2B/B2C stakeholders and decision makers.

Responsibilities

- Develop strategies and execute the plan to create new business opportunities for Axio

- Liaison with B2B, B2C stakeholders & decision makers and create prospective lead generation, presentation and development followup

- Think out of the box and remain updated on social media and other innovative media trends and opportunities

- Identify and attend trade shows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace to find potential new business and to market Axio value proposition

- Works collaboratively with VP Sales and CEO in developing business opportunities by identifying market ready, relevant business models, partnerships and resources

- Analyses data to evaluate existing and potential business opportunities

- Pioneer and enter into new geographies with hub and spoke model

- Collaborate and develop partnership model based on the need of customer and Axio

- Interface with strategic customers to solidify mutual expectation of performance and growth

To Land this job

- Demonstrated ability to show entrepreneurial spirit/bring an entrepreneurial approach to all initiatives

- Strong client relationship management and development aptitude

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- MBA Degree from Premier B School with 7-10 years in BD, Marketing or managing a business

- Progressively responsible experience in business development, marketing and business management with reputed companies

- Experience in concept selling model is highly desirable

- Medical device/FMCG/E-commerce background candidates are preferred
