The primary responsibilities are :
- Responsible for creating or executing clear, compelling, appropriate strategies and design solutions to improve leadership and organizational development and growth.
- Lead Organization-wide L&D Programs/projects
- Managing training operations
- Custodian for executing the Talent Development strategy
- Responsible for Leading and manage a large set of Leadership Talent development initiatives
- Design and institutionalize top talent development and engagement framework to support their accelerated learning and growth
- Pursue and implement new business opportunities and translate ambiguous situations effectively
- People management : Lead L&D team (Bangalore & Pune)
Qualification required :
- Must have experience in handling High/ Top performer talent management
- Master Degree from Tier 1 institute with 10 to 12 years of work experience
Certification : L&D, ROI training methodology, Instructional design.
- Team Management experience (min 3 years)
Technical skills required :
- Assessment & Development center (good to know)
- Knowledge management (good to know)
- Certified Leadership Coaching skills will be desirable
Soft skills required :
- Excellent Communication and business partnership skills
- Demonstrates critical thinking, judgement, coaching and influencing skills that converge to create executive presence
