Trafficking :
- Review media plans, trafficking plan, ad specs / requirements, to ensure accurate validation
- Set up and traffic digital ad campaigns in ad server (Doubleclick, Weborama etc) according to requirements to ensure successful campaigns that meet or exceed client goals
- QA ad tags and creative prior to launch to ensure functionality and timeliness, ensure the execution adheres to technical specifications, including thorough testing and troubleshooting
- Monitor and analyze performance through campaign dashboards and readouts
- Strive for constant traffic efficiency through out of the box thinking
Tagging :
- Working on tagging the website and ad campaign for effective tracking using Tag-commander tagging solution
Reporting & Analysis (Web Analytics and Media Analytics):
- Manage, organize and present web analytics data, key metrics and KPIs
- Manage the web analytics implementation and associate the global reporting dashboards through AT Internet and Google Analytics Premium.
- Conduct audits of content on website to ensure tracking tags are functioning and feeding respective reports.
- Audit and troubleshoot the campaign/website implementation and data discrepancies while recommending solutions.
- Develop and deliver both regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to help drive decision making by providing insights and recommendations leveraging web analytics for content and campaigns.
- Being accountable for measuring, managing and editing the data of multiple digital campaigns by providing daily/weekly/monthly reporting
- Measure media/ website performance and effectiveness to optimize conversion funnel.
- Develop optimization recommendations to improve funnel conversion and customer engagement including creation of a testing plan and post-test analysis
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of new features, website changes, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay abreast on best practices and latest trends in media & web analytics.
- Document best practices and develop training materials
- Communicate clearly and effectively with brands, agencies, publishers, and partners
Skills & Experience :
- Relevant work experience in an ad campaign trafficking & media analytical role with very good knowledge on ad serving tools like Google's Doubleclick [DFA and DFP], Weborama, Mediamind, Pointroll, and Google/Yahoo search engine methodologies
- Strong technical understanding of the online advertising delivery systems, trends and tools as well as thorough understanding IAB standard specs/standard ad processes, HTML & rich media executions.
