About the job :
The candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Support the learning and development of the sales team
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
- Develop assigned sales territory for company products
- Analyze region's new business opportunities, develop sales plans and execute planned action steps in order to acquire new business in line with Company's strategies and growth objectives
- Uncover customer's needs respond to RFI, RFQ, prepare quotes and write proposals
- Create and increase awareness and interest in Awiros products and solutions as assigned
- Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners with assigned territories
- Prepare sales forecast and manage the sales pipeline
- Visit customers at their premises
- Meet regional sales objectives by building pipeline, preparing forecasts, budgets, analysing variances and initiating corrective differentiation
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on Awiros product, roadmaps competition, pricing market share and key product differentiation
- Stay updated of the products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services
- Assist Marketing with local or national initiatives
About you:
- Experience in Security or IT Industry, with VMS, Access Control, or PSIM system
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering or Computer Science
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven sales achievement/track record
Technical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a complex sales environment
- Excellent communicator by phone, in writing or face-to-face
- Experience in the security or IT industry with ability to maintain contacts at different levels
- Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses
- Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, consultants
- Able to work independently within a team environment
- IP technology understanding and networking expertise will be considered an asset
