OVERVIEW:
An Associate Service Delivery Manager plays a vital role in a product company by ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of the company's products by its clients. This role involves overseeing the implementation process, addressing client needs, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication, coordination, and support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Management: Provide support in the entire implementation process, creating and managing project plans, timelines, and milestones. Ensure that all necessary resources are allocated and that the project stays on track.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication, provide updates, address questions, and manage client expectations.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough assessments and translate these requirements into actionable tasks for the implementation team.
- Solution Design: Work closely with the product development and technical teams, and design customized solutions to meet the client's requirements. Ensure that the product is configured and tailored to fit the client's needs.
- Issue Resolution: Inevitably, challenges or issues may arise during implementation. Act as a support in troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical or operational obstacles that may hinder successful implementation.
- Relationship Management: Ensure customer satisfaction, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
- Post-Implementation Support: Monitor the performance and usage of the product, address any post-implementation concerns, and provide recommendations for improvement.
EDUCATION B.Tech/ M.Tech or MCA in any field
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience within a fast-paced environment, start-up, or SaaS organization in the Client Implementation / Project Management role.
- Decent understanding of the project life cycle
- Prior technical knowledge in Saas products is preferred
- Project management experience preferred.
- Decisive with good attention to detail ability.
- Excellent client-centricity skills and the capacity to work at client sites
