AWC Software - ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as a BA in ServiceNow implementations, with strong expertise in requirement gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.

- Lead and participate in ServiceNow configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities using ServiceNow capabilities.

- Conduct user training and create documentation for ServiceNow solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow modules, releases, and best practices.

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on ServiceNow.

- Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.

- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and workflow automation.

- Ability to create user stories, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization is a plus.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- ServiceNow certifications (such as CSA, CIS-BA, ITIL, or SPM-related certifications) are an added advantage
