Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with a proven track record of successful implementation and support in the Oracle Fusion Finance domain. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and possess strong expertise in the following modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management, and other related financial modules.


This role requires a candidate who can contribute to a wide range of activities including implementation, support, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions. The consultant will also be expected to handle clients, manage teams, and deliver effective and scalable solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Module Expertise:


- Implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Finance modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management, and others.


- Provide guidance and expertise on best practices and solution architecture related to these modules.


Implementation & Configuration:


- Lead Oracle Fusion Finance module implementation projects end-to-end from requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.


- Configure modules according to business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement efficient business processes.


Cloud Experience:


- Deep experience in implementing and managing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with expertise in the integration of cloud solutions within finance functions.


- Familiarity with cloud security, configuration, and deployment processes in Oracle Cloud environments.


Client Handling:


- Act as a key liaison between clients and the internal team to understand business requirements, gather data, and define project scope.


- Provide client presentations, training, and support throughout the project lifecycle.


- Manage client expectations, ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.


Team Handling:


- Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants, providing guidance and ensuring timely project delivery.


- Oversee team performance, resolve issues, and ensure knowledge sharing among team

members.


- Foster collaboration and effective communication within the project team.


Support & Maintenance:


- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.


- Assist in ongoing system enhancements and optimizations based on business needs and feedback.


Reporting & Documentation:


- Ensure all project documentation (configuration, design documents, and training materials) are completed in a timely and accurate manner.


- Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders.


Required Skills & Experience:


- 6 to 15 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance Functional.


- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials with a focus on modules such as AP, AR, GL, Cash Management, etc.


- Proven implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, with end-to-end project exposure.


- Experience with client handling and managing client relationships effectively.


- Strong experience in team management, including mentoring and leading functional teams.


- Ability to provide end-to-end solutions and contribute to business process re-engineering.


- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials features, benefits, and implementation methodologies.


- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with technical teams, management, and clients.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and manage deadlines.

Preferred Skills:


- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Integrations.


- Certifications in Oracle Cloud Financials.


- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management.


- Experience working with offshore teams or in a distributed work environment.


Location: Noida (5 days Work From Office)
