AVP - Workforce Management - Financial Firm

We are looking out for AVP - Workforce Management - Financial Firm for Hyderabad Location.

The role involves :

- To ensure effective planning and management of resources

- Volume forecasting within an agreed variance of actuals

- Leading the planning of long/short term FTE requirements, the scheduling of staff and real time management across multiple centres

Required Skill set :

- Hands on experience on IEX is preferred

- Should have experience handling Voice/ Back office centres

- Should be open to relocate to Hyderabad location
