AVP / VP Testing for a leading product firm

Responsibilities :

The role will be responsible for Automated Testing for Retail Banking and Digital Banking product suite. The incumbent would ideally be an Automated Testing specialist with experience in Banking.

The incumbent must have experience and appreciation of changing trends. It would be very important to adapt to the new trends and provide solutions that suit the customers future looking needs.

- 10 -15 yrs of total experience with good academic qualifications

- Strong knowledge and experience in product development life-cycle

- Prior experience of having worked in a senior testing role

- Would prefer Retail Banking / Digital Banking experience

- Hands on experience in building functional test automation suites

- Hands-on approach and strong execution skills

- Be hard-working and diligent, discipline to convert strategy into action

- Thinking out of the box and come up with innovative solutions

- Ability to come up with solutions that would reduce cycle-times drastically

- Ability to work with an organization at different stages of growth and modify one's approach according to the need.
