Job Description - The role is will responsible and heading the ORgranization Design, Talent Management, and People Strategy for the organization.

Description:

Organization Design:

- Lead and facilitate the organizational design process to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate with leadership to assess and optimize organizational structures based on grades and skills, Manager Span, Comp matrix, Career path framework, for efficiency and effectiveness.


Talent Management:

- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop key talents.

- Design and execute talent development programs, succession planning, and career path initiatives.


Performance Management:

- Oversee the performance management system, ensuring clear objectives and performance standards.

- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.


Rewards & Recognition:

- Design and manage a comprehensive rewards and recognition program.

- Conduct regular market surveys to ensure the competitiveness of the organization's compensation and benefits structure.


Policy Formulation:

- Formulate, update, and communicate HR policies in line with legal requirements and best practices.

- Ensure policies are consistently applied and provide guidance on interpretation to employees and managers.


Profile

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in organizational design, talent management, and performance management.



- In-depth knowledge of rewards and recognition strategies.



- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
