AVP/VP/SVP - Private Equity/Real Estate/Fund Administration/Asset Management

- Hiring for Multiple roles in the space of Fund accounting for Private Equities / Real Estate Asset Management

- Exp for AVP is around 10 yrs and for VP-SVP roles would be 12-15 yrs

- All roles need strong people management experience

- All roles are expected to work in Shift timings which includes night shifts

- Exp in working with US market is mandatory

Responsible for maintaining books and records and calculation of fund Net Asset Values;

- Coordinating and reviewing financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics for monthly/quarterly reporting;

Review calculations of carried interest/performance/incentive fees;

- Exp in Investor allocation - Calculation of Interest

- Coordinate and review partner capital account statements;

- Maintaining relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks and auditors and other fund participants;

Education : 

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting

- CA, CPA, ACCA would be preferred

Qualifications : 

- Minimum of experience in accounting for the financial services sector, particularly Private Equity, Asset Management or Fund Administration.

- Experienced in reviewing and preparing general ledger and financial statements.

- Mandatory exp in IFRS

- Should have very good exp in handling junior team members

- Should have good stakeholder management

- Should be strong in process and know the industry best practices
