AVP/VP/SVP - Infrastructure Finance - Bank

Position of AVP/VP/SVP - Infrastructure Finance is on offer with a leading private sector bank in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for project finance for large corporates, credit assessment, credit appraisal, Documentation and Compliance, etc. for sectors like manufacturing, roads & ports, transportation, real estate, etc.

Role brief:

Credit assessment

- Tracking of covenants and management of exceptions / deviations

- Regular review of the case

- Inspections / Site visits Sector assessment

- Detailed Financial analysis including finalization of financial model

- Preparation of Credit Approval Memorandum and following internal approval processes

- Meet with all pre-disbursal and post disbursal compliance

- Communication/PR of Bank's products

- Undertakes brand communication initiatives for designated products

- Communicates product positioning messaging that differentiates YES Bank's products in the market

- Increase Bank's visibility in the finance circle / industry sector

Market Research

- Illustrates understanding of consumers, competition and current market conditions through primary and secondary research

- Sector tracking / management presentations

Credit Appraisal

- Appraisal of the proposals involving detailed analysis of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios, Cash Flows, Management Risk, Industry Risk, Economic conditions

Documentation and Compliance

- To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, ongoing basis with product partners / OSD / Risk Management and other Relationship Management group
